SHIPMENT IN EUROPE

• For Shipment we choose Fedex Express for Europe and Bpost for Belgium. We do not charge any costs for deliveries in Belgium. For other countries in the EU, the delivery costs applicable to the order are communicated to the customer during the ordering procedure. The delivery period normally takes 1 to 2 working days. 

SHIPMENT OUTSIDE EUROPE

• We offer fast and reliable worldwide delivery through FedEx Express. The prices you see on our website are displayed in your local currency and include the applicable VAT for EU customers. For customers outside the EU, VAT has already been removed from the prices shown.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We handle a 5% restock fee which will be reducted from your refund.

If instead you would like to exchange your piece with another one, We offer a one time free exchange to a stock piece, which means the 5% won't be applied.
